One of the new employees at Forged Champion will be taking over the customer service and sales consultant department of the start up company and will be managing all customer feedback, suggestions and exchanges. Customer service is important to the online health and fitness company, they have stated it is one of their priorities. The customer service rep and sales consultant will also be tasked with emailing customers and answering any general inquiries that customers have about the products.
The second associate will be focusing most of their time on public relations, which means talking to the press, going to any interviews and managing their websites blog. In addition to writing for Forged Champions blog they will also be managing the company's social media accounts.
