The new Twitter page will allow people to keep updated with NeoSleeve news and allow them to be notified of any special offers regarding their growing line of products. Earlier this week the company announced their latest product: the NeoSleeve sports armband for iPhone 6.
The company has been long using the social network Facebook as a means to connect with their growing fan base. They now feel, however, that it's time to reach out and connect with people in a different way. Vivian Jane made the announcement, stating how excited NeoSleeve is to be reaching out to their fans through Twitter and have already begun tweeting about the week's main event – the launch of their latest iPhone armband product. Jane also stated that although NeoSleeve currently makes little use of social networks, they intend on changing this by providing more frequent, engaging posts that will be of benefit to their fans.
NeoSleeve is still growing amongst strong competition and their product line is very small comparative to most other brands that service the same niche. Because of this they have yet to gain sizeable market share – but Jane stated that this is not their concern. "Our primary concern is the happiness of the customer. Everything else is secondary." Although not profit-driven, creating a Twitter account is certainly a step in the right direction for NeoSleeve. It is however unknown at this point whether the business will create any page/account on any further social networks.
