(Health-NewsWire.Net, June 11, 2015 ) Philadelphia, PA -- According to NBC 10 News a Bucks County, Pennsylvania woman has been arrested after allegedly distributing alcohol to two preteens, asking the two to perform sexual acts on one another as she videotaped the two having foreplay.
Tina Mousley, 54, from the Lower South Hampton Township of Pennsylvania was taken into custody by police officers and has been charged with a multitude of criminal offenses. According to police, Mousley has been charged with a felony charge for Corruption of Minors, in addition to a misdemeanor charge.
According to a police affidavit, the alleged incident occurred on May 2, 2015 in Mousley's home. The affidavit revealed that Mousley bought alcohol for two young pre teens, a 11-year-old girl and a 13-year-old-boy. Documents state that in the videotaped by the young girl, Mousley could be heard in the background asking the boy whether he took his ADHD medication with a beer.
Police say Mousley soon took over the filming and instructed the boy to pour syrup over his bare chest. The girl was then instructed to lick the syrup from the boy's chest. The two children were then told to kiss, according to the affidavit.
Documentation also revealed that Mousley had purchased condoms for the two to have sex, which they did.
Police were made aware of the alleged incident two days later after being notified by the state child abuse hotline.
Mousley is currently being held on bail, the judge assigned to the case ensured Mousley's bail was set high to ensure the safety of other children.
An associate from Drug Rehab Philadelphia comments "It's very disturbing when you hear stories of adults serving alcohol to underage children. It's even more disturbing when adults serve alcohol to children as a means to sexually abuse them. However, what's most disturbing about this incident is that Mousley encouraged the young boy to mix alcohol with his prescription medication, this could potentially form into a habit for the young boy. Generally, when habits like these form in childhood they continue into adulthood. I would strongly encourage the young boy's parents to not only get him counseling for the child abuse he endured, but also for being forced into substance abuse. If children are susceptible for addiction, they should definitely seek addiction treatment to stop the habit as soon as possible. Often, our patients at our drug treatment facility in Philadelphia, tell us their addiction stemmed from their childhood. It's never too early to prevent addiction from happening. "
