One study also revealed that caffeine "significantly raised the typical power of kids aged 8 to 10" when their effectiveness was measured using stationary bicycles. Researchers found no evidence of issues due to caffeine usage was restricted to 2.5 mg for every kilogram of body weight for youngsters over four, meaning around two cups for small kids and two to three for older college-going children.
