The two Speed Training Equipment products are a 6 meter, 10 rung agility ladder and a speed cable jump rope. Mark Phillips, President and Founder of Fit Master, LLC believes these two products go hand in hand for anyone looking to increase their speed, quickness, agility, stamina and acceleration.
Phillips said, "In my experience, most of what separates one athlete or competitor from another comes down to speed and quickness. Phillips said users of the ladder should train on whatever surface the athlete typically competes on. For example, a basketball player should use the ladder on a hard surface, or preferably a basketball court, while an outdoor competitor such as a football or soccer player, should train on grass or turf.
The ladder rungs are adjustable so all ages and sizes of users can be accommodated.
The jump rope is made of a lightweight metal cable rather than the traditional nylon-rope material. The metal cable is faster and more durable than rope. In addition, the handles are rotatable, making it ergonomically more comfortable and easier for the user.
The two products are currently being manufactured and packaged together and will be available in the next few weeks.
