The jump rope is an adjustable 3-metres/9 foot in length, designed to be suitable for crossfit, boxing, MMA, speed training and even home workouts. Probus have said that the skip rope is made from a wire cable that makes it hardwearing and doesn't tangle or kink.
Similarly to other products in the range from Probus, the lightweight and compact skipping rope will come as a complete set with a free fitness course split onto 3 DVDs. The DVD fitness course is said to contain workout information for jump rope exercises, as well as gym ball, resistance bands, weights and mat exercises.
