"The exercise band is a natural extension of our fitness range. It can also be used at home, at the gym or in the office, like our exercise ball. It is just as suitable for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced, and for a number of different forms of workouts like Yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, etc. as well as stretching. It is a great tool for physical rehabilitation after injuries, or for pregnancy and post-natal exercises. The major advantage of our band as opposed to the usual latex products on the market is that our product has a super-comfortable grip, so it doesn't cut into your skin, and it also doesn't have that horrible latex smell. The exercise band is easily carried in a bag or stored in the cupboard, and can quickly be pulled out when time is limited but a quick exercise is needed. It is very versatile in that it allows for all types of muscle groups to be worked effectively. Various loops allow for shortening the band to the correct length while still having the benefit of a comfortable material to hold onto. The product can get machine washed on low temperature, so the funky lime-green colour can be maintained.
