(Health-NewsWire.Net, July 16, 2015 ) Brighton, Sussex -- Coffee and the love of coffee has become a huge industry with millions of people taking careful consideration over their coffee. Thousands of groups discuss coffee daily on social websites offering advice, anecdotes, facts and figures. All about coffee. So much so that AFL Products has launched its whole bean hand crank mill to keep up with coffee drinkers who need to take their favorite coffee with them.
In fact over 18,000 research projects have been conducted to look at the effects of coffee. And some of it shows how healthy, fabulous and richer coffee drinkers really are.
According to the research not only are coffee drinkers less likely to get Alzheimer's and Parkinsons, but it is also possible that they will be at a lower risk for type 2 diabetes. In addition Harvard says that drinking several cups of coffee a day makes it less likely to suffer from depression because of coffee's mood lifting affect. Good news, coffee lovers are destined to live longer as they're less susceptible to heart disease, high cholesterol and blood pressure, and less likely to be overweight.
But that's not all. The science says that caffeine in the coffee blocks the adenosine in the brain giving higher energy levels, faster recognition times and better general cognitive functions. Perhaps that's why coffee drinkers have to have that cup in the morning before anything else.
And still there is more good news for coffee drinkers. Research conducted in the UK reports that coffee drinkers are more interesting, fun and exciting to work with. They also earn more money - £2,000 more than their tea drinking counterparts. Perhaps it's because they are less likely to be late than their tea drinking colleagues and it's been noticed by the boss. An article in the UK's Guardian says that drinking coffee is associated with high achievers - one reason being that rather than getting out of bed slowly the coffee drinker is ready to go, making decisions and meeting goals quickly and efficiently.
The launch of AFL Product's new manual coffee grinder is therefore timely. Only 7" x 2" and light enough to put in a bag, so users can make their healthy fresh coffee anywhere.
