When he felt that the time was right to venture into the field, he sought for professionals, and experts in the field of physical products. "We use our foot every single day, more often than our hands. There are more foot injuries that happen daily than hand injuries. We figured that we need to tackle this first before we venture to other products, and thus other parts of the body," he answered, when asked why the focused on creating products that help the foot.
"We don't have an actual answer for that at the moment," he said when asked about future product releases. "But like any other company, we want to grow. And if growth demands that we release new products, we will. As of this moment, we are trying to do our best in what we are currently selling."
When asked about challenges that their company has faced, he answered: "We always listen to our customers – I think that's one other thing that we excel at. We take great pains in answering every query, and helping each of them with the product they got from us. As of this moment, the only recurring problem that we have is the size of the products. A very few find it too small, and fewer still find it big. We're in the process of producing more sizes and we will hopefully address it in a month's time."
