"We still believe that the medium version of the product can fit anyone no matter how large or small they are." The rep said when asked how they got past the one-size fits-all mentality. "However, the issue here is comfort. Some consumers feel that it may be too tight or too loose for them which we understand. Different people have different preferences and as much as we want to help solve their knee or ankle problems, we also want to make sure that they are comfortable in the process."
"It didn't take long. The moment that we received a handful of complaints about this, we immediately decided to come up with larger and smaller versions of our products. It took around a month before we actually released them because we had to do some further tests to make sure that they satisfy our product quality checklist," he said when asked to comment on the time it took to decide to release new sizes.
"If you ask about the ‘checklist, we can't really discuss it at full-length, but for one we make sure that our products are comfortable even if used for long periods of time. We also want to make sure that the material is comfortable. We also need to foresee various joint movements and muscle activity and see if our product functions the way we designed it."
