Prior to the launching of these new versions of the iPhone running belt, Run Baby has conducted an extensive market research to find out what are the colors that appeal to their target market. They interviewed a sample of their target market and the research revealed that customers wanted the belt for running to have a version in blue, green, pink and orange. The male respondents wanted green and blue while the female respondents wanted pink and orange.
Their public relations officer said that they wanted to give their customers more options to choose from and they wanted to embrace individuality. Additionally, she shared that the colors they chose are also related to their branding strategy as the core values of Run Baby are symbolized in each one. For example, for them, blue signifies strength while green signifies health. Pink signifies creativeness and orange signifies confidence.
