(Health-NewsWire.Net, September 06, 2015 ) Delta, BC -- RiverHouse Restaurant has announced its arrival as the leading marina for moorage services in Ladner. This service is an expansion of RiverHouse Restaurant's function as the premier location for outdoor entertainment in the area. RiverHouse Restaurant is also a pub and restaurant in Ladner.
"We now offer a chance for Ladner boat owners to moor their boats in our very secure marina at very affordable rates," reveals Louise Greene who runs RiverHouse. "Our marina is fully equipped, with electricity and potable water for everyone who needs them."
For annual moorage, the fee is only $7.25 per foot (of the boat's length) every month. The semi-annual moorage fee comes to just $8.25 a month.
"Once a customer has signed a contract, the total cost of the Ladner moorage must be paid in full," explains Greene. "And at about a month before the moorage contract expires, customers have to give us notice to retain the slip they have for the next year, and again the payment must be given in full."
The marina at RiverHouse Restaurant also offers moorage for less than 6 months. This is called summer moorage, and it costs $9 per foot per month. Like the annual and semiannual moorage, the customer has to give notice and full payment a month before the expiration of the contract if they wish to retain the slip they have.
"We also charge hydro fees at 12˘ per kilowatt-hour used, and we even sell beer packs for those having a party on their boats," says Greene. "The beer brands we offer include Pale Ale, Sleeman Honey Brown, and Pabst Blue Ribbon."
Parties are also incomplete without something too much on along with the beer, and RiverHouse Restaurant offers numerous tasty tapas for appetizers.
"We have warmed olives, chicken wings with BBQ rum sauce, calamari, deep fried pickles, and yam fries which can be served with either Srirracha or red pepper aioli," enumerates Greene.
Of course, Ladner boat owners and guests can also enjoy the various dishes available in RiverHouse Restaurant. The favorites here include BC halibut served with fresh cut fries and RH Tartar sauce, and lightly breaded, flash-fried, and baked Fanny Bay oysters with fresh cut fries and tartar sauce.
"We also serve our popular blackened chicken quesadilla with black beans, onions, cheese, plus house-made salsa and sour cream, along with the marinated and slow-baked half rack RH Jamaican rum ribs with fresh cut fries," adds Greene. "And of course, we have brunch offerings, burgers and other sandwiches, dinner dishes, and desserts."
