Amazon determined the recipients of this award based on a certain criteria. This includes the number of customers who purchased the product, the number of positive reviews on the website, the number of high ratings and stars and the amount of time that each client spends on the listing.
Their public relations officer said that it was one of their goals for the year 2015 to receive recognitions from Amazon and finally, the moment they have all been waiting for has finally come but this won't stop them from continuing to innovate and improve on their bestselling running belt.
