This is because there was a delay in the delivery of their new versions of their bestselling running belts in black and pastel green.
They explained that recently announced that their black and pastel green running belts were due to launch on Amazon Japan, on Thursday, 17th October but due to delay issues with the logistics of the first distribution, the delivery was delayed from four weeks. The products had to go through the Japanese customs' procedures and the label processing requirements of Amazon. Their Public Relations Officer stated that they are apologizing especially to the customers who waiting eagerly for the products. They received a lot of product inquiries from their customers regarding the new versions of the running belts.
Joe O'Reilly of Run Baby Running Belts Japan explained that, "Sometimes these things happen when you're importing goods, and dealing with international distribution, but the important thing is keep perspective, fix the issues as quickly as you can, and get the products to market. There are things that we cannot control as a company and one of those are delays in the logistics of shipping the products internationally.
