Run Baby's Human Resources Director shared that they needed to hire a new Operations Manager as the company is expanding. The company is expecting a lot of demand for their bestselling product this upcoming Christmas gift-giving season. With a higher demand, they need to manufacture more products and in turn, need more manpower. In manufacturing their products, they need a leader who will manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of their company. Run Baby initially posted the job opening in their website's job portal and has received numerous applications from interested applicants.
The new manager is John O'Hare, a former Operations Manager with Revolve UK will be joining Run Baby USA at the end of October to assist with the growth of the running belt brand in the run up to the Christmas sales season. He is a very excited for his new role. He is confident that his strong academic and professional background will make him a good fit for the position. He said that his strengths include motivating people, communicating the company's goal's internally and training people to bring out the best in them.
