Mark Keane, Vintilator's marketing manager, revealed that Amazon was selected as the primary online retail outlet to start their business operations mainly because for customers, its online reputation is second to none. He said, "The delivery times are fast and customer satisfaction is paramount, from an Amazon point of view".
Mr Keane went on to say, "Vintilator will benefit from the vast amount of customers that choose to use Amazon.com as their first and foremost online retail destination, in which to advertise the aerator". Keane went on to say that Amazon is just the first step and in the future, customers will be able to purchase the aerator from many other online retail outlets.
The company started selling on Amazon in September 2015.
One of their customers, Tania Smirnova, was delighted that she was now able to purchase the wine aerator from Amazon. "I have had one of their aerators for about 18 months now and I wanted to get some as presents for my friends and family, but before now they were hard to get. It's awesome that I can get them in a couple of days now".
