The company was established by a husband and wife team, with the goal of providing all natural, chemical free alternatives to everyday beauty products. Their initial focus is on makeup, with the release this week of a newly designed, all natural, reusable makeup remover .
The removal cloth is a super soft, microfiber cloth that is designed to be reused, simple by cleaning it in the washer. "I know that when I'm taking off my makeup at night, I like the ease of using other moisture cloths, but I hated how much chemicals I was exposing myself to. Not to mention how much money it costs to buy them constantly", says co founder Michelle Sherman.
For the initial release, Clear Away plans on offering the remover online, with future expansion to brick and mortar stores. The company is set to announce an exclusive deal with an online merchant in time for Black Friday holiday shopping.
