The ViziVooom LED Armband has a smooth feel due to being constructed out of silicone. It is waterproof and flexible thus functional outside, and easy to wash and bend. The velcro strap is removable as well as the battery cap on the back where the batteries can be replaced. The screw-like cap can be twisted off with a penny or dime, the 2 (two) CR2032 lithium batteries slip out, and the cap is replaced with a twist. Flip it over, one button is pressed once or twice to either illuminate in 'Steady' or 'Flashing' modes, respectively. The third click of the button turns it off.
"When evaluating different designs from our suppliers, we found pros and cons with all of them. Either it was difficult to replace the batteries, not waterproof due to one reason or another or the versatility of the product was restrictive. Having an adjustable velcro strap allows the customer to place the band not only on their arm but also on their wrist, hand or ankle. Due to this versatility and functionality, our intention was to produce an armband to be used by runners, walkers and kids, and yet it can also be considered for roadside safety, law enforcement, airport personnel, boating and even at festivals and concerts. It's not reflective. It is a portable light source.", says the founder.
The ViziVooom LED Armband will be available on Amazon Wednesday, Dec 22, 2015. It is available in red and blue colors.
